Cancellation Policy:

We appreciate your business but for our busy pet salon, it’s important for your grooming professionals to be notified in a timely matter if you cannot make your appointment at the scheduled time. We know life happens, but appreciate the heads up.

If you must CANCEL your appointment, please notify us at least one day in advanced as we may be able to fill that appointment slot. The sooner the better! (719) 632-5446

NO SHOWS: If you do not cancel prior to the day of your appointment, you will be charged a No Show Fee equal to 1/2 the base price for the groom; said fee will be collected on your next visit.

***Bad Weather Days are Excluded from No Show Fee*** On bad weather days, please call us at (719) 632-5446 to let us know you will not make it OR to see if we are open and taking appointments that day.

Appointments only. We do not take walk-ins as our daily grooming capacity is limited.
